Refund policy

NoorCreationz prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our policy follows the Pakistan E-Commerce Law and Ministry of Commerce regulations.

Change of Mind: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.

Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. 

Refund Process: Once the return is inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
